I did this on the first mission where you have to protect garza so he can the system. Wait for the helghast to come out and throw a grenade to a barrel which will increase the explosive damage amrit should be able to kill five guys as I also got the trophy where you have to kill five helghast within 15 while having 85% health or more

the more best dificult to kill 5 hellghas is the rookie because they do not has much health as looks like the elite dificulty

for this trophy, it seems that you dont have to kill 5 hegs with one grenade, you just have to have 5 in the blast radious.

i did this trophy yesterday by lobbing it into a group of higs. The trophy popped up and i was happy. But when i checked my statisticsunder ' most helghast killed by a grenade' or something it only said 4!?

Lol when i got this trophy, i threw a gernade, and killed 4 of the 5 helghast, knocking one down. it tried to get up, but i knifed it. I still got the trophy! i couldnt believe it.

this is exactly where i got both trophies... if you also want fragmartyr trophy(which he didn't show), you gotta keep the frag in your hand and run in the middle of the croud. you'll kill yourself, but i think it's worth 2 trophies. =)

You can also get this trophy on the first stage. Wait until the part were you see a lot of scout helghast (the ones with the knifes & sub machine guns) running down a ramp straight ahead of you. Make sure you cook the grenade a bit before you throw. Comment posted with PS3.
