hes not stupid he chooses not to spend $100s on repairs for doing dumb jumps but still makes an awesome video :) i got about 59 feet or so with my stampede broke 1 drive shaft, body and bent a camber link and that was on grass well the landing :)

you shouldnt catch it :) lol a cool tip i did to keep it from breaking doing BIG jumps is get a bic pen tube and cut in into centimeter long tubes and put them over your shock shaft, keeps it from bottoming out and alos keeps your shocks from breaking, as well as your chassis and bulkhead! pretty cool mod! nice vid!

yeah dont catch it, its very durable it wont brake, only catch it when its upside down and it looks like its gunna land on its top

Wow, that is one heck of a ramp and some great driving. IMO you will bust up your truck landing on pavement. If you point the ramp towards grass or a sand pit, you may be able to nail the landings w/o trashing the truck.

Nice jumps, driving, and catching, personally I would have not caught it and hoped to land it but then again, I'm crazy when I drive with a ramp :D. Was it raining 'cause it sounds like it was.

that's how big i jump mine. i land it in grass though. i usually either do a backflip or double backflip. then, i go home when it's broken lol

yea i figured it was a pretty common problem im just gunna buy a few spare spur gears just in case, there pretty cheap

tigten engine screws really tight to stop that from happening

well i actually found the problem, the pinion gear was to far away from the spur gear and it wasnt catching all the way so it was wearing it down so i moved the pinion gear closer to the spur gear and now its working better, but still need a new spur gear

i would put a landig ramp but i don't know how far i will get and some times i mess up and don't get alot of distance and a landing ramp would get in the way.

the spaceing is to little loosen the engine screw and move the pinion gear a liitle closer and the tigten the engine screw do not put the pinoin gear and the spur gear to close together or else the spur gear will strip
