@Madams1977 Butler makes the phantom sound like a tone deaf freak who has no business teaching anyone to sing. Want a manly phantom, try John Owen Jones. He sounds like a man AND he hits the right notes! -_-
@phantomraptor03 Yes, JoJ has better tone but he's also classically trained. Gerard is not. I don't think that Jones has the right presence for the movie role though. He's more of a theater style performer. Then again, after what I heard about musicals on South Park last week I don't know what I believe anymore, lmao.

I went and saw The Phantom of the Opera in Detroit and I actually enjoyed it very, very much.
The Phantom was my favorite person in the whole opera.
I actually felt sorry for The Phantom because he was deformed in one side of his face, he was lonely, deeply in love and misunderstood.
