Thats just my style. I probably could have done faster, but i prefer to take my time and be a little more thorough, thats all.

...and THANKS SO MUCH for being that way!! There are a lot of people who are trying hard to learn and they wouldn't enjoy having to pause and back up over and over until they got it down. The best teacher is a slow and patient (and thorough) one!

The best teacher FOR YOU is slow and patient....the best for someone else may be fast and fly through things. There are so many variables, but at the same time thats what makes this medium (YouTube)so awesome is you can find a tutorial on Kirk's "Imagine Me" 10 different ways by 10 different teachers. So trying to change my style to do it like others....naw, i'll just do me. Thanx for the comments though, they are appreciated. Tj.

Actually I have played gospel keyboards for over 40 years and have taken from some of the best in the business, but even though I used to have 10-12 students of my own at any given time I still prefer the slow, thorough method of teaching. I always tried to look for what my students had actually learned more than for what they hadn't because I found that complimenting and encouraging usually works much better than terrorizing those who took from me lo. I do really like your method of teaching!
