@flicknausi No Sir! This was "The Moon" up Whalley Avenue towards Westville. Regrettably it closed 9/11/1992.

@boriasdcarmine Was The Moon on Whalley Ave right at Norton St? It was a tiny little club. I used to go there to see hardcore and ska shows. Actually, the very first concert I ever played was at The Moon. I was in JC Superska and I think we played with Spring Heeled Jack that night. I saw New York Citizens play there about a dozen times. Good club. Never was a bad vibe. I remember Nirvana coming through.

@tinjarir Yep, yep, that's the place. I never saw any bands there. I frequented the DJ nights with Mary and another one or two DJs that really knew their audience.  The dancing was a rush and the crowd was friendly in a gothic kinda way ;o)
