i'm watching the news right now on t.v. and they say that the officer who shot & killed Oscar, is not only an Ex-Officer, but he's also being charged for Murder, he was arrested in Arizona, for Intentionally shooting & killing Oscar. they say he left California, for fear of the safety of his family. maybe true, but he probably also left, cus he didn't want ot face up to his crime. such a shame. but I am glad he is being punished for his crime. he is Not above the law, just because he was the law
