  • Nice and accurate. But it's kind of hard to crack the big toe using the pull technique. I just press down at the joint, much like how one cracks their fingers.

  • I guess to relieve pressure. My second largest toe on my left foot was very stiff and i couldnt walk properly, so i got my girlfriend to pop it and i could walk properly again.
