There is nothing to do as a teen cuz your just doing your time. In the eyes of others your just the property of your parents. You gotta go to school for 12 years, where the main purpose is not to teach you but to keep you busy. Its a daycare. After highschool is rare that anyone has any tangible, self sufficent skills. YOu complete 12 years of schooling, and now can go out into the job force and work for 6-12 bucks an hour. You are a slave to your parents whims and the states whims, till u r 18

I think communities should be recognizing that teens need a place to go on the weekends that is alcohol-free and drug-free. Teens simply do not have much of a choice when it comes to hang out spots. And I know that many parents are annoyed with seeing large groups of teens hang out at malls every night.

Do large cities have suburbs? Do those suburbs have backroads? invest in a pick up truck. go backroading!

Young people are bored, because they never have courage to take time to build their life as it works for them. Its scary to just sit down in your room and think of what is your life actually about and what you want to make of it. It is scary and painful, so "quick fix" is distract yourself. Sometimes person doesn't perform in life untill he/she has to and has no back up.

Every person looks for an expression of their personal talent. Clubs don't provide any opportunity for most people, unless you want to be a glamor photographer, dancer or dj. I'm shocked how many people just spend every weekend there instead of working on themselves and how they can bring more value to society.

clubs and most establishments for entertainments t use a psychological "bait", just think of "vip" lounge or bar. It is status game, artificial putting you down to make sure you pay. Coffee shops sell real poison. Lets meet at star bucks and drink some poison, then we will be drenched of energy, depressed and ...it suppose to be fun??? As it goes for parents, they should really observe what their child likes to do and make sure they direct child's energy that way.

MAN that's a good question. what did i do to pass the weekend. well this is how my weekend is most of the time.

first, it's Friday and excited to leave school. call up a bunch of my buddies and get HIGH and go see a movie or go bowling.

then saturday, wake up, get HIGH and go to six flags. dude trust me, if u smoke pot, u gotta go to an amusement park when ur high as hell. makes the rides 100 times better. so its sunday and i'm catholic so i usually wait till after church b4 i get HIGH. that it
