You said "also". My answer was still one factor of the cause of lag. You can't say I'm "wrong". If someone was on Dial-up and were complaining about the lag, it would be the slow speed of the dial up. The same thing goes for broadband users as different ISP's provide faster and more reliable speeds/connections.

I can say you're wrong. Your statement was wrong because you said that host is the only reason lag occurs when in actuality, it isn't the only reason. Also, I'm not sure why you chose to bring dial up into this because its highly impractical and retarded that anyone would use dial up for internet gaming these days anyways. You can't even use Dial up on the 360, and odds are if you have a PC that can run gears decently, you have enough cash to play on broadband. So you're still wrong.

Where in my comment did I say that the host was the ONLY reason? And I was saying dial-up not because they might be using it, I was just saying that his connection is so crappy that he may as well be on dial-up with the service he is being given [I'm refering to the host's connection.]

ive noticed that qwest lags alot for xbox live when I go to my real life friends games who lives like 4 houses down from me. it may just be the internet wiring through his house, he may not have a strong connection, that or qwest just plain sucks. =[
