This is just a white guy who does a pretty good Cosby impersonation, and to create that impersonation, he put on some makeup. He doesn't come across as a racist, just a guy trying to look more like Cosby. There is a thin line though, as his performance reminds us all of the heinous racist acts of the early 20th century, where performers would dress in " black face" and spewed heinous racist rhetoric. In my opinion, this guy isn't propagading racism. He's propagading Jello Pudding.
