Instead of waiting for your magicka to regain/refill just wait/rest for 1 hour and it will refill instantly ^.^

hello :) I got my sneak skill at 100 before I even got out of the cave at start of the game in Helgan, You know the bear, i just kept sneak attacking that stormcloak dude. and when i had a chance I upgrade to the perk with the 15 times stab or something like that so it made it even faster :) so yeah thought i shared
