Mine are way better. I took a roll of foam, cut out the shape of my foot, then wrapped my foot, with the foam on the bottom, sticky side out, so it doesn't stick to my foot. Then put special patterned foam, also in the shape of my foot on the bottom of that, then covered that, and my foot in duck tape stick side in. Then I cut a long slit in the front of the shoe, made to hook and loop straps, and mades some neccessary adjustements.
