The Christian Bible contains the "Old Testament" which is the laws and records of Judaism minus the Talmud etc. The "New Testament" and the coming of Jesus completes the story. Islam is not the same. Islam is from the "prophet Mohammed" who claimed to have visions and wrote them down. These stories and laws are not related to Judaism or Christianity. The "prophet Mohammed" being a descendant of Abraham is not enough to put it in the same "family".

Most of the stories are the same only slightly altered, such as the great flood, and the storieo of Adam and Eve. also most the rules are the same.
Islam Christianity are just slightly different versions of Judaism.
The biggest difference these days is due to geological differences.
