Then again, I never see them going to work, how do they make money to pay rent?" Still love this movie!!!...........Sk8 or Die!!!

  • I was like 10yo when this movie made it to my hometown videoclub (somewhere in north Spain). It had such a huge impact that all the kids took up skateboarding. This was the only contact with pro skating we had for years, so we'd watch the movie get all pumped up and then go out to try the tricks. It was so much fun to get on those flat-nose skateboards, now I'm 30yo and I still skateboard, still good fun but just not the same. Thanks for the video mate

  • Saw Robert Rodrigues' Planet Terror recently and it's funny to see how Josh Brolin looks 21 years after Thrashin'. He looks like Nick Nolte in Planet Terror. Anyway he plays a creepy doctor with a lovely wife played by Marley Shelton. She'd be 12 if she appeared in Thrashin'.

  • same here

  • Brolin at his best! Rustler was great in this too! Wow, the memories that this brings back -the 80's was the best time ever for a kid to grow up in! Kids today are so cheated! And they don't even know it which is the sad thing. This movie still rules! DAGGERS!!

The race at the end, "the LA Massacre", well I am from Orange county, a city called La Habra, and we had this wimpy little hill and we called it the LH Massacre...great times, and YES you want to watch this movie. FYI, early chilli peppers play live in the beginning of the film, pre-Frusciante

  • Trust me, Storm. You don't.
