The interior, with its hard plastic accoutrements, still screams econocar, despite new seats with UltraLux suedelike inserts. And there's some torque steer, even with GM's best trickery with electronics and suspension geometry.
Thats cool. If you like Hondas or Acuras. That wasnt even maxed out. We were only going for a streetable tune. The motor/valvetrain is good for over 10k rpms. :-)
I own a honda so yes I love them but I do love my friends 07 ss/sc ! that is a big accomplishment of 3500 over the stock limit and I think pretty much anything car with everything changed to high performance parts can rev to close to that
lol, and makes over 400whp doing so? Honda engines have to rev to make power, the LSJ will hit much earlier and HOLD the torque curve. When you hit over 400whp at a decent RPM, get back to us. CSS!
i ment a stock one dumbass (because i was responding to someone that was talking about a stock one) one of my friends has a turbo type r that runs 10's on slicks..... not saying 12's isn't fast (that's what i run) but i was refering to a stock type r

No full built bottom and top end. Ported Race Head. Cams. Pretty much everything has been changed except the crank. We had it up to 8200 rpms!

Not to mention this car came STOCK with a 6500 rev limiter from factory. so gaining over 3500 rpms from stock is fine by me!
