  • This guy is phenomenal

  • around 1:27 in bar 21 should be a g-natural, not a g-sharp according to my barenreiter edition of popper's op.73

  • @stevenisserlisfan The actual notes are s, t, f, and u. All sharp.

  • @stevenisserlisfan OH SHIT. SOMEONE CALL THE NOTE POLICE

  • Thank you for doing this project. I really hope you complete all the studies!

  • is this a harder version of the overture from bach's 1st cello suite?

  • @Sugarboxproductions No this is a piece taken from a cello exercise book by popper. The pieces in the book weren't meant for performance, they are tools for building techniques.

  • Amei! Lindo! Perfect

  • OO YOU COULD DO THAT SO MUCH BETTER THAN I

  • love how most commenters have "cello" in their name, and may i ask how much u paid for that cello and where at????

Thank you for sharing your special, intense and delicate feeling/vision of this etude.

It´s so musical, it´s so deep, it´s so convincing!

You made me feel this was the most beatiful music I could listen in this moment!

Thank you for playing with so much integrity!

from the core of my heart, really, it changed my day!

  • Great to hear you playing, I remember you from back in the day:)

  • Awesome! I can't wait to see the rest of the 40 Etudes. You don't know me but I play cello in the OYO with your brother Isaac and he's a great guy as well as a wonderful violinist. You are both extremely talented. Bravo!

  • Great playing! Wish it was recorded with better audio, though. Can't wait to see the rest of the etudes!
