that happens sometimes, just try to delete the Skype App and then re-download it from the AppStore......to put Cydia on your iPodTouch you need to Jailbreak it, there are several videos on YouTube and Google for it, just search for "jailbreak ipod touch *and your firmware*"

the message it's nothing.....it's just skype that tells you that you have a jailbroken device, but if you did like in the video everything will work fine
