They are so different from Paramore. Paramore is more rock than Hey Monday is and Hey Monday is way more poppish sounding. (I prefer Paramore, but that's just my opinion)

yes, they are very different. cassadees voice is higher pitcher, with shorter notes. hayleys is more lower and with longer notes. but i can see how people could see similarities: they both have a louder tone and have younger female voices. but both are just as AMAZING! so people shouldnt argue x]

They do share the whole one female lead singer and the rest are boys. I think I can compare with a valid opinion. Paramore is my favorite band, but I still Love Hey Monday. Their differences are Hey Monday's lead singer, she has better vocals, by comparing live shows of each, versus Hayley Williams voice though has a great voice, she isnt as strong as Cassadee's. But in my opinion Paramore's song hold deeper depth and kinda better. They are both great in their own way, theres no copying.

@JeanLucLuver actually paramore was founded in 2004 and Hey monday formed in 2008. but you're right Hey Monday isn't a paramore rip-off. They sing about different things. In my book ripping someone off pretty much means taking their entire idea and doing it, usually wrong.
