It's not the same voice.
the voice is this elevator has a otis's and thyssenkrupp's voice and at the Westin peachtree plaza the voice has a dover's and otis's voice.

That sounds like an Otis voice. I've only heard that voice on Otis elevators so far, unless it's just a voice recording that any brand can use.
