can someone explain what is the difference between these two sentences,actually when to use :
"Did you close the door"
"Have you closed the door "
or you can use any other sentences starting with 'Did' or 'Have'

Paul, your videos have been stopping a few seconds before the end. like this video stops at 1:59 (not at 2:04)
