If I can offer my two cents (constructive criticism), why not use more major scales over the major chords? I think that by raising the thirds and sevenths, you'd be able to make your improv even more harmonious. It's a very small detail, and I hope no one here takes it the wrong way. You're playing is very enviable. Bravo!
