The how gay are you is possible a question about the Kinsey scale that goes 0 to 6. 0 is pure straight with 6 being pure gay. Kinsey believed nobody was a 0 or 6. You at least had some incidental hetero or homo. I myself am about 2.3. I'm straight, not going to date men; but I'll admit to more than a few thoughts in passing. I just realized that at the end of the day I'm not going to do anything past possible kissing. (no nudity).
But it's kind of a interesting question to ask.

Well the guy girl question refers to the dominant passive relationship. Typically the man in the relationship pays for dinner and movies and such (it's expected) so they probably want to know who plays the role. It's a rather outdated question though, since in today's society our generation typically have both sexes taking each other out as both can work and make equal pay.
The sex one is a leading question, so they can then ask for a demonstration.
