I just don't get why people always excuse Chuck's behavior because "he's been through so much". It's about how you manage to live through those things you've experienced and not to take it out on the people who love you, just because you know they're going to stick to you no matter what you do to them (e.g. Blair, Lily). Louis is a wonderfull guy, he really is a prince. And sure Dair is cute. But Chair is epic , and Blair will never love someone the way she loves Chuck. He's done some pretty messed up things, but it's because he's been through so many bad stuff in his life. He's the most complicated and sexy character in gossip girl. Serena should be with Dan. This is stunning. Such a perfect portrayal of the vague, romanticized hopes Blair (and the viewers) had for Louis, only for him to become Chuck 2.0. But somehow, I despair of Blair equating Louis being so wrong for her with Chuck being MORE wrong for her. Despite the parallels and blatant comparisons, I don't think GG has the guts to go there.

Sigh. I don't JUST want Dair, I want Blair as Blair again.

Um, rude. The video was good, but I'm pretty sure Chuck has done nothing but try to protect Blair's happiness this season. But, whatever. I just find it sad that you feel the need to bash Chuck in order to feel better about Dair. Though, I do get it, he is a pretty big threat. It's funny, if you look at the comments on Chair videos, they're actually about how much we love Chair, NOT how much we hate another couple.
