For two people a month we spent $120.00 a month.We mostly eat at home.I am always looking for coupons. To local restaurants.I am not afraid to use them either.I never thriw left overs away.Most or almost all left overs make an excellent caserole the next evening.Once a week we volunteer and there too we eat food that was prepared for the youth.

i can feed 3 people a month on 200 dollars and thats with mostly fresh produce thats mostly organic. I cook about 99% of what we eat, ill be doing videos on this topic on my channel hopefully before the end of the month, come view my channel :)

Most of what they are buying on sale are junk food anyway. Milk shake, sodas, cheese... not very good for you. How about some organic fresh vegetables and fruits?

wow! I wish I could save like this. We typically are not able to double coupons or duplicate them in Canada, so it makes it kinda hard to save like that but making huge meals, freezing and buying in bulk makes such a huge huge difference.

@LadyReginaSmiles You have no idea lol. It takes a whole half hour most times to do things like that! It's huge! To get the deals I get I have to go online to a website and check off what deals I want to get from a list that only tells me what is on sale, what coupons I need to make it cheap, and the end price before taxes. It's such a hassle. Then I get the email sent to me after looking through the deals for 10 minutes, and I have to go to ebay and get 20 coupons for a buck, then go buy it.
