Fin music, fine performance. Do you have HD's first symphony? I really like the sense of evolving in the Passacaglia & the machine-gun-like rhythms of the secondmvt.
I first knew the composer via the wonderful Piano Sonata but I soon discovered this symphony all those years back. What a powerhouse! I have a student currently at Juilliard who's working on the Chorale and Variations. How great to hear it on Youtube. Thanks so much.
