Instead of stretching with your foot pointed, stretch and flex your foot towards you, you'll still feel a stretch but avoid a charlie horse. I found that out when I was pregnant, and it still works to this day!

For the charlie horses, my dr. Recommended eating bananas for the extra potassium. I would also stretch REALLY slowly, but I do remember forgetting until just right before I'd stretch.

I know how you feel about charlie horses I'm not pregnant but have muscular calfs and everytime I go to stretch out I get them too. But if you stretch and instead of pointing your toes like in a "tippy toe" position if you point your toes up like at a 90 degree angle, you wont experience them. At least for me this helps.
Pampers are bad for baby! They put a new filling in the pampers called dry max filling, once the gel from the pamper mixes with urine it causes some kind of chemical, and babies suffer from chemical burns.
I have used pampers for the last 18 monthes and have not had a problem. But I do not use the dry max diapers. I use the cruisers. Maybe there is a diff. material in the crusiers? Thanks for sharing this info tho!!
@jennifer3155 its only the pampers that say dry max...hers didnt say it on the package,ive been using pamper with my daughter since she's been born(she's turning one in a few days) and nothing happend because we dont get the dry max kind

yeah i definetely had that round ligament pain and with each child it seemed to get worse to the point that with my 3rd i had to sleep propped up on pillows on the couch.

Im 26wks pregnant with my second and every single night, right when Im about to feel a charlie horse coming, I immediately pull my foot up and it works every time! Drink more water then ever if you keep getting braxton hicks too :)

@SillyMando2008 it's not custom but yes you can have babyshowers even if it's not your first baby. It's a personal choice. Sometimes when you're having a baby of a different gender than your first. Or like me, I had them 6 years apart so I didn't have any baby stuff left. But there's no RULE book about it. If you get one then you're lucky. Good for her!

By the way, up your potassium intake (bananas, potatoes, or pill supplements in addition to your vitamins). That should help with the Charlie horses.
