There is WAY to many goldfish in this tank. Goldfish produce a ton of feces therefore your ammonia levels are very high. Ammonia is toxic to your fish and if the level of ammiona gets to high then your fish will die. They say to have 2 gallons of water per inch of goldfish.

Lo del centímetro (o pulgadas, da igual la métrica) por litro o galón es una medida equívoca, antigua. Seguramente sirva casualmete para algunas especies. Eso sí, comparto que ese acuario es muy pequeño, pero ya indica que van a un acuario mayor en breve. Lo que no sé qué va a hacer es conlos koi, son para estanque... 1000l por koi.

It appears to be a 10gallon so he needs a filter that can put out 100gallons per hour or better. You always need to improve the filtration when there is more fish otherwise the system wont be able to keep up with the bio-load. To me that looks like a simple set up from a starter kit =/
