Took him out ez first time, but i went back up 2 get loot and he was there again, it took 30 min. the 2nd time, most annoying boss EVER!!!

Really? I'm a level 11 dward warrior and I took him down easily, on nightmare difficulty. Took maybe 2-3 min

If you bought the game go to the main menu then click on downloadable content then you should see the free content you can have. As soon as you download the stone prisoner content go to your world map and click on the yellow icon that's toward the bottem left of the map. You'll have to clear out the village and do some other stuff. If I find a save early enough I'll make a video showing how
