  • Bless you guys! He is a beautiful dog with a beautiful spirit. Hang in there.

  • i really hope your dog gets better!

  • Lara, your boy's wound is getting much better. Do you know if the tumor is still there or not? Try to get Taffy to eat. Try cooked meat, sliced meat, raw meat, FROZEN strips of meat or fish, liverwurst, cat food and baby food. The ups and downs are so hard, but we can take a page from the pups. On the "good days" they simply enjoy the day. On the "down days" they stay low and hope for a better day tomorrow. Sending all of you love and the strength to keep fighting until it's time to stop.

  • Awww bless I have two dogs of my own & lost a lurcher to cancer (lymphonic) so I know how awful it is to have a poorly one. I do wish you all the best of luck with him, he's obviously surrounded with love, thats a medicine in itself! xxx

  • Just phoned a friend who's dog had bone cancer 3yrs ago because I remembered she had him on some herbal thing & he's fine now. Its called Essiac tea. Check it out online & give it a try alongside his vetinary treatment. Good Luck x

  • @snoopyredhat will look into that! Thank you!...we did take him for a walk yesterday, so we are wondering if he actually is just suffering a bit of depression...he was full steam ahead on his walk! :)

  • I really feel for you, I will pray for Taffy tonight. Be strong but also be brave enough to do the right thing if you know he's losing the battle. x
