  • @Stuntman175 thanks for the reply, I saw two types of chorizos in my supermarket: (1) the dark-red, dried cured version; (2) chorizo sausage.

  • Hubby bought me her new cookbook for Christmas. I would enjoy using it, apart from the fact that she has mentioned her father-in-law Tim Allen on more than one occasion. Can't believe she did that! This would discourage me from getting any more of her books.

I bake bread according to her, cook according to her, play with it and have so much fun yet the food is so impressive every time! I recommend every one of her books and every single recipe.   • It will come out different, linguica is portuguese, the spices are different, chorizo is spanish.

    Best way to find out is trying. :^)
