This song is beautiful. I'm trying to record acoustic guitars and voices, Do you recommend the AKG perception 220 to do this? I don't know if this mic is better than the Behringer B2pro or the behringer C1, can you recommend any of these mics? Beautiful song!!!Excelente playing!!!
@BlackNo1918 haha thanks. This question is not stupid at all. I really made this recording in my living room. I also think that this recording is quite great for the circumstances. A great guitar and a quite nice mic made it possible :D. Of course I had to edit the tracks with some plugins (EQs and Reverb).
may i know do u have any preamps used ? if yes what preamps do u use to transfer the signals from the AKG to computer. thank you very much. and may i know what soundcard do you use?
I know this is a kind of stupid question to ask because you use the AKG percep 220. But what mic do you think is better + better value, This mic or the Rode NT1-A?
Both are really good but has lil different sound character. So it depends what are you recording. Perception 200/220 is very neutral. For instrumenst I'd prefer perception 200/220. (200 and 220 are same mic, only difference is that 220 has -20dB pad)
Thank you very much. Actually there are not many effects in this recording. I only used the IK Multimedia Classic Studio Reverb and T-Racks 2, that's it.
perfection :>

Have you used this mic for vocals? Sounds wonderful for guitar, but I'm wondering if it does the same for vocals?

I only recorded voices for a movie setting but it was very satisfying for me.
