can someone please explain to me how this works? and can you make dupstep with it? if not, what else would you need..? i wanna get into mixing, but i know nothing about it..
No chains, no Max. In user 2 mode I've configured what I call a massive beatmasher, which is simply 8 beat repeat plug ins on 8 channels in Live. Going from left to right on the Launchpad shortens the grid, so you get more of a stutter effect the further left you go. Glad you enjoyed it!
haha...nice...I think we should have added some numbers. are you using chains or Max and thats why the lights are not coming up? If they are discrete buttons, the light should come on in User 1 and User 2 modes?.. either way...nice video!
@introducinglive It might just take some creative midi routing to get them to light up. When I was configuring a beat sequencer I was able to make buttons light up by doing that. Can't remember what I did exactly though.
