Hammer is one of my favorite weapons. That Stained Glass Demon is so frightening, just like this game. When I was a kid I used to be scared of this game a lot, but it's okay now! Now I am a fearless demon-killing machine!

The throwing spear kills him in three hits, the lightning in approx 8 secs. Though granted you'll have neither of those weapons at that point without cheating.
