thank you so much for all the rifflandia videos, I remember when you first posted these and I had just got back from travelling, I was exhausted and I had just moved to another part of the country and I thought it was somewhat of a massive mistake, and watching all these videos over and over in an effort to cheer me up which it did, and Sainthood has really been the album of the year for me this (academic) year.

big question to my tegan and sara concert goers, I am going to my 2nd TnS concert in february but this time it's in my own city. It's one of those general admission, standing room only venues, and I want up and center spot to watch the concert.

Question is- how early should I go? I was thinking get there at 1 pm while the concert starts at 8ish.

When i went to one like that. I got there super super early. I mean HOURS before and honestly there was no need to. I was there way before anyone else showed and i watched the hours fly by ahaha. So after that when i went to concerts like that again i never went that early again. & i got the spot right up there near the stage. If it starts @ 8. Maybe get there @ 4 ?

Maybe you should tlk to wojo anyway (: i know Jaime has been to WAY more concerts then i have. So ask around.

Ho you are so lucky! I'm going to see them in january, and it's sitting places... really sad about it! :(( But the time you are thinking about to be there seems good I think.

But then if there's already a big line-up, you can always take your place and go ahead inside. And people are not always going to the front at concerts. I think you would be good. :)

You can tell Sara is proud, Alligator is a pretty awesome song, not only lyrically complex, but melodically as well. I think it might be one of her best, and I am usually more a fan of Tegan songs (don't get me wrong, love a lot of Sara's too). It sounds kinda jazzy to me. Me likey.
