thats exactly the reason i left Lima. it has went to shit n the past 15 or 20 yrs., I grew up there. after the ford plant started cutting back n the 80's, then they shut down old Lima penitentiary, Clark Equipment, just sooo many business have gone under. All the old Mom & Pops stores r gone,only a cpl left. the drugs & trash have taken over & the mayor & the rest of that city council have allowed it!!!!!
