Somewhere down the line, Hesperia, Hemet & Apple Valley will be like Rancho Cucamonga - a developed, more livable place. We have tons more room to still have rural areas. Everything west of the 710 or the LA River will be the Manhattan of LA. It started w/ the Blue Line connecting 2 downtowns (LA & LB) which was followed by mass development of lofts at either end. King Drew will be closing. Gangsters are being hired for construction in So Central. It's quite a premeditated grand plan
