У русских самолётов только один недостаток-они русские.По этому ЗЕЛЕНУЮ ДОРОГУ отдали всякому хламу и барахлу,потому что ОНО не русское,хоть и тонет....
The difference between an amphibious plane and a flying boat is that an amphibious plane can take off and land on water and land. A flying boat basically can only take off and land on water. Structurally, they are much stronger than seaplanes which are basically conventional aircraft that have had the landing gear replaced with pontoons. They can only take off on smooth still water; while flying boats can take off from much rougher seas.
