@adnukum Sauerkraut is good by itself but fry up one pound of bacon and drain off most of the fat then add a quart of homenade Sauerkraut and the put in brown sugar to suit your taste. This fall I am going to make red cabbage Sauerkraut hmmmm just cannot wait.
