I have horrible insomnia and these videos (any of Athena Jezik's) are so relaxing that they just calm me right down and it's so easy to get to sleep after watching one or two! Her voice is so calming and her technique is so soft that it's a lot like actually getting a massage if you're already laying down and trying to relax. Love these videos! :)

Athena Jezik is the "Bob Ross" of massage and I mean that in a good sense. If the massage doesn't relax you (and I always try to imagine that whatever I see is being done to me), then her voice alone will relax you. Rock on Athena. It is also why I subscribe to the Psychetruth channel.

Does the skin really care if the oil is saturated or not? Why does synthetic oil automaticly mean that its bad?

@acidjesuz Yes, Synthetic oils are quite unhealthy for your body. Your skin actually readily absorbs any sort of oil or chemical that you put on it. Anything you wouldn't put in your mouth really should not either be applied to your skin. I won't go into detail here but I would recommend doing some research on unhealthy oils, such as canola, and why you should use healthier oils, like olive and coconut, instead.
