@rockintoot I find that it depends on what server you play on, which faction is 'better'. And i have played on both factions with level 80 toons, full raiding and PVP. Blood Furnace was better for Horde. Staghelm was better for Alliance. Magic WOW is good for both. It all depends what people are on what server and how well they know how to play.
