  • Hello RMF

Did Matsuura UK supply the SNK HPS120 to the aerospace subby in Mansfield as well?

Is it the 5 axis twin pallet version?

On your UK website you have a section on your Class 1000 Clean Room for spindle build - do you build SNK spindles there too?

Thanks for the DVD "box set" - it arrived a couple of weeks ago. The video of the new vertical pallet storage systems is amazing - all that capacity on a postage stamp. Can you post more of the tower multi pallet H.Plus video here?

  • Greetings RRW,

Sorry for the delay in replying.

    Answers: 1; Yes. 2; Yes ; 3; Yes.

You are welcome for the box set - I have more videos on route from Japan that I hope to post soon - particularly of the tower APC Systems.

Incidentally, we now have x2off H.Plus-300 PC15 tower systems in stock in the UK. Please email if you would like to arrange a live viewing.

    Cheers

  • Fantastic system. Matsuura machines making Matsuura machines. What are the housings in frame at the start- are they for spindles?

The variety of work stacked up in the pallet system is amazing - the potential is unlimited. We seriously have to start looking at this kind of flexible productivity - make life so much easier! Thanks again.

  • Greetings Zak,

They have Matsuura Hi-Tech BT50 spindles & use Big Daishowa Big Plus face & taper tooling.

It was all part of the full turnkey supplied.

The Toolholders all have unique Baluff microchips in them as well - all part of the Tool Management System.

Matsuura have supplied Big Daishowa Big Plus Products in the UK for over 12 years.

We also supply Shrinkfit Slimline from MST Mizoguchi.

    Cheers

  • Hello rmf,

The aerospcae subby in the uk with a fastems system and HPlus machines - what tooling do they use? Are they BT50 machines?

  • Greetings Lexichronicle,

    - thats 240 tools per machine!

  • i like the tool changer, only 240 :P

  • I work the smaller ones to the 630's - the HPlus300. I have a mate who does run 5 or 6 of these 630's in an FMS cell at an aerospace subby in Mansfield Englnad. I wish there were more second hand matsuura's available - i would sell the house to have one.

  • hahah ive got 23 at work
