But i might have to cook them longer. I cook spinach similar to that but greens I have to have them cooked a bit longer and I could use some cornbread. Nice recipe i will try it for my husband. seems like you get more nutrients. i will cook my spinach like this
Does this method leach the glucosinolates out? I heard boiling leaches it, but not sure about braising.
