DO WE HAVE TO TWIST THE WRIST IN ANY DIRECTION WHILE BOWLING INSWING OR OUT SWING OR JUST KEEP THE WRIST STRAIGHT AND ONLY PUT THE PRESSURE ON EITHER OF THE FINGER

ya...well when u wanna bowl an out swinger with da newer ball get the rough side facin the outer side......that is called as a conventional swing.........keepin the rough side where u wanna swing the ball.....
