Maybe the RN should call an ambulance service to take the PTs to another Hospital. This Hospital is not safe. Not having enough staff is not the Nurses doing, but she will work her ass off to deal with it. Mr. CEO is home counting up the bucks he is making short staffing his Hospital. Does the State Board have anything to say about short staffing ? Never, the State Boards are Mr. CEOs best friend. All the Board Members worked for Mr. CEO......and will again when done serving on the board.
