The point is that they are learning to sexualise themselves, she is not putting blame on fathers and not saying that they can't kiss their daughters! Not sure about fathers kissing their dads goodnight doesn't do any harm unless hes a weirdo to start with! Children try out flirty behavior in all sorts of situations. Women are judged by how they look in the media even when they are not models. I don't think pageants help because they judge on looks and treat children as objects with no useful skill involved.
