I thought this was a very good game. Great players on both sides, two great coaches, both national champions. Schools with a great history.

@famguy218 Iowa finished the year #7 and tied with PSU for Big Ten #2 and very nearly beat Ohio State who should have been #1 by year's end the way they were playing. How was Iowa a fraud?

@famguy218 I noticed that being undefeated is partially luck, and some of the teams that didn't go unbeaten but didn't lose by more than 17 points during the year could possibly upset the national champion. For example, I think the 2009 Buckeyes, Hawkeyes, and yes, even Nittany Lions could have upset the Crimson Tide, Longhorns, or Gators.

i went to this game and it was amazing seeing the looks on the ohio state fans faces

i cant remember a more "touch and go" game. i was more nervous during the 4th quarter of this game than I was after Daryll's pick in Kinnick, mainly because I knew our soft cover would give up the game to Murray just like we did to Michigan in '05 and Minn. in '99. bad memories notwithstanding, i cant remember a bigger sense of relief than the one I felt when Devlin crossed the goal line on that keeper. WE ARE!!!!!!!!

This was a great game all around. It's often compared to the 2005 game, but in 2005 we dominated everywhere but the scoreboard, pretty much just sitting on the ball after going up 17-10. I think Penn State could have made the 2005 game into a rout if they played the whole game like they did in the second quarter. What I like is that JoePa rarely loses the big games. It's usually the trap road games where we should win by 20+ that do us in (like Iowa).
