Waltham needs to embrace it's urbanism downtown. I just hope that an independent restaurant occupies this space, rather than a chain of the Margarita's fashion. More chains will not make Moody st a destination- it needs to offer and celebrate unique independent businesses. This design looks fantastic as well.
This is great for the area. Waltham needs to celebrate it's urbanism with tasteful mixed-used projects such as this. It will help revitalize the entire area in terms of visual aesthetic, energy, and make the area even more attractive for metro-westers looking to enjoy the urban vibe Waltham exhibits without the hassle of heading into Cambridge or Boston.
