@hondakidcrf150 well it kinda depends i have friend who bought an RMZ 250 and hes aroound 5'7" 5'8 and went from riding an automatic beginner quad to riding a 250 so yeah some one 5'6" could fit on one and ride one but itt would definately take some getting used too, im 16 and i ride a CRF450 but i can throw it around and take it almost anywhere and what it really comes down to is just knowing your bike but go with the 250 youu wont outgrow it for awhile and after that you can go to a 450
