  • All your videos make this awesome food look so easy! Thank you for your channel! (I am looking to see if you show how to make sweet and sour soup or won ton soup from scratch). :)

  • your skimming the broth to get rid of any fat or impurities in the stock also to stop it from going cloudy close to a french consomme and raw beef is excellent for nutritional value cooking actually will help to lose most of that good stuff but how you eat steak is your choice :)

  • omg my mother makes her pho exactly the same way u do it lol

  • why not skim broth before putting the spice bag in? wouldn't it be easier?

  • @Kherudjhuti oh look you are here trolling as well, why don't you make your own video and then someone as rude as YOU will comment on how stupid you are!!! RIDICULOUS!!!!

  • @ljewkes dude it was just a question

  • @MultiVietMinh um you did not see what they wrote on my video, way messed up, that's why i said that!

  • @ljewkes who the fuck cares about your videos. he is just asking a question on this video instead of your crappy ones.

  • @footsy913 OH SHUT THE FUCK UP LOSER< you are one to talk! im sure you love to sit on the computer and get into other people's buisness, low life.

  • @ljewkes how am i a low life... yur the one whos stupid. why are you calling that guy a ridiculous person when yur the one that also cant answer the questoin. YUR THE TROLL YOU FAG ADDIC

  • Okay so I missed a step when you put the onion inside the vinegar do you take it out and then use it for the other bowls or is it only for one bowl?

  • Besides people eat raw fish too so i don't see what the big deal is. Man has been eating raw steak for a long time. it's called mediam rare or whatever. Deer/elk meat is still pink inside after it's cooked. Pork is the food you can't eat raw. I have been around Pho' long enough to see the raw meet they put in instintly turn brown meaning it's cooked. It's so hot that I've burned the tip of my fingers just slidding it to myself lol. I don't know how they grab them bowls bare handed XD! Uh? OW!

  • You can eat beef raw or rare whatever you call it. It's pork you can't. XDo some research people. Not trying to be an ass but I'm just simply stating the truth.

  • Looks great, just like the restaurant makes it. Now I can do it myself and not pay too much for it. Thanks for taking out the time to make this video. If any one is apperciative it would be me! Thanks!

  • You made it look so easy + delicious!!! WELL DONE, SIR!!!

  • What the heck is background music? That's not Vietnamese music

  • @KatiushaVN4 It sounds really cool though... I kinda wish I knew what it was...

  • Slicing the meat very thinly and pouring hot broth over it will throughly cook it. The thinner the meat the faster it cooks. Pouring hot broth over thin slices of beef makes the meat deliciously soft and not chewy :) I love pho! I will make it tonight :)

  • hahahahahah, I see that there is no secret to cook Pho here. The secret is no secret. My mother can cook it so well. To make soup is too delicious, we can use tail of cow. We can buy it easily at supermarket. In addition, get rich of cholesterol from soup and pay attention to soya sauce. The most important thing is careful and taste soup usually so that you can tune the taste of soup.

  • I'm sooooooo hungryyyyyy

  • k today i'm going to show you how to make furrrr

  • @jz7389 "k today im going to make myself look like an asshole" ;)

  • @Aupas lol

  • you sound like jackie chan

  • lol you spelled technical wrong.

  • yummieee<3

  • How many servings is this for?

  • Why y'all hatin on Pho lol? don't like it, gtfo :))

  • fuckin idiots...ITS SAFE TO EAT MEAT THAT HAS BEEN COOKED IN BOILED WATER. EVER EAT STEAK WITH PINK COLORING INSIDE OF IT??

  • Thank you! im gonna try this!

  • @mariasalas0440 no need to get angry all of a sudden so cool it. Also using the comment feature isn't bitching. Complaining about my comment... now that's bitching

  • @Mariasalas0440

Wow someone went full on retarded! Lol i think you should take a moment to calm down.

  • Yup, enjoy your tapeworm from that undercooked/uncooked beef!

  • @1CME90 actually its not undercooked

  • @1CME90 I think you are so ignorant. Asian people have been eating stuff like this for years and they are some of the most healthiest people on the planet. Why do you think some of them live to be 100+ years old? I'm sure they know what they are doing if they have Pho restaurants all over the place and I've never heard of anyone getting sick from them.

  • @kMC303.. At what point did I say Asian people were not healthy? Who said anything about living for a 100 years? Eating raw meat isn't why they are living so long, it's all the vegetables they eat. A tapeworm could live in you for 20+ years and you would never know it. I have heard multiple stories of Asians having worms/tapeworms, especially their little kids. If you're eating undercooked/uncooked beef/meat then you have a good chance of getting WORMS, period.

  • @1CME90 lol Ok.. Pho is good and there's no problem with the way they put the meat in it and I've eaten it many times and I'm just fine. Thanks bye.

  • This is not how you make Pho, you retards. Learn to make the actual real Pho and come back idiots. Fucking Asian fobs makes me sick and embarrassed. Fucking fobs can't do shit except keeping the planet occupied with their dirty recipes.

  • @hungmg WOW, YOU DISRESPECTFUL BITCH, I BET YOUR A 49 YR OLD VIRGIN SITTING ON YOUTUBE AND TRYING TO FIND SOMETHING TO BITCH AT TO MAKE YOURSELF FEEL BETTER! STUPID RETARD. DUMBASS BITCH DISCUST ME!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • @mariasalas0440 LOL, fucking idiot, calm your tits. I bet you're the 50 year old virgin who still lives with his mom and dad. LMFAO. Retard, why don't you go and make me that Pho since you know, you do belong in the kitchen. LOLOLOL

  • @hungmg Do you have a link to a better way to make pho?

  • @dancingzira Yeah, it's called "iamafuckingderptard" go for it bro. :)

  • For all the idioys who are retarded. YES ITS FUCKING SAFE TO EAT THE MEAT THAT COOKS IN THE SOUP YOU FOOLS. For fuck sakes its steak not uranium. Ur not gunna get sick.

  • @Frosty708 LEARN HOW TO SPELL IDIOTS BEFORE CALLING PEOPLE IT! YOUR A MEAN MAN! UGH, HOW ARE YOU COMING TO THIS VIDEO TO BITCH, NO ONE GIVES A FUCK WHAT YOU THINK SO SHUT THE FUCK UP AND LEARN HOW TO RESPECT!!

  • I SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO LOVE PHO!!! I'm addicted to this soup!

  • Vinegar in it?? Does that taste good? I never use vinegar. I use neck bone, charred onion and ginger, pho spice sack, msg, fish sauce and water. Anyone have any tips for me? I always simmer for six hours. Sometimes it turns out better than other, but ive never heard of vinegar

  • thx

  • I'm so hungry now lol

  • Pho sounds like it would be yummy!

  • ok it's so nice to see you do this with a pause button so i can catch with what you are doing i hate it when go so fast that i can't catch onto everything how it's suppose to be done so that it taste good, this looks so good, imma try it your way now.

  • @Remix just eat meat when it turns brown

  • is it safe to put the raw meat in and let the hot water cook it? how long till you can eat the meat after you add the hot water in the bowl? also the "hot water" he cooked the noodles in was just hot tap water?

  • @REMIX8604 Should be safe as I've been it twice a day for 10 years in a row :D The water is boiling and the meat is thin enough to actually cook through right there in the bowl. yes, the hot water is from the tap. I actually use water that was heat on the stove but not brought to a rolling boil...just right before it rolls. good luck!!

  • Uhm... this method of cooking pho really sucks. Real pho does not come from pre-packaged spices...

  • @sinnottboy READ THE SPICES AND GET THEM YOURSELF. NO NEED TO BITCH.

  • mmmmmmmm pho cold outside i need it!!!!

  • I pity the phở

  • Only one thing I am concerned is if it is safe to eat the beef since it is heated only by the soup.

  • @rabinzx if people can eat Beef medium-raw, then yes it is safe

  • Why you annoyingly kept saying; ''You WANT to add in the bone, you WANT to add in sum salt, you WANT add the noodles, you WANT chop sum onions!!! '' Why these ''WANTS'' ?? It just does not make sense...

  • @kumarpassion what's really annoying is the way you keep writing "cum" which is a slang term for semen, but also used by illiterates in place of the word "come". I guess it's more embarrassing than annoying for you though.

  • @kumarpassion SHOWS HOW RETARDED YOU ARE. LOL

  • OMG, look so good, I am obsessed with Pho, I go the vietnamese restaurant like every other day,and I am chinese.

  • Lol you can find it at your Asian store

  • you should sautee the spices first then add to broth that way you can bring more flavors.

  • I love Phó and my mom loves to make it to... I'm a true vietnamese... and people stop telling him that hes making it wrong because you cant do better -_-

  • OMG SOOOOOO GOOD

  • wow that looks delicious

  • hey, what kind of vinegar was that? it is not normal vinegar

  • stfu ppl we all know that pho is vietnamese food. thank you very much for pointing that out captain obvious. but like i said before, ALL FOODS will have improvisions or be cooked differently. recipes are made so that you can change them. as a matter of fact, most things we eat today originated from all over the country. if i like it then im gonna make it, vietnamese way or my way who gives a shit.

  • @kendraxiong looolz calm yo tits buddy xD oh btw I love Pho!

  • @Thepingpongplaya lol wrote this a month ago -.- im calm by now! mwhaha. i mainly wrote it because dumbass ppl were having arguments over pho -.-

  • @kendraxiong I dunno I have NEVER been picky about my food as I see a lot of other people are. I personally would rather have the dish be cooked the traditional way as it's more authentic and taste a lot better.

  • @kMC303 and thats totally understandable. Some people have different tastes then others; and even though the way I cook my pho isnt fully traditional, it TASTES good to me.

  • How to make "fur"!

  • the boiling broth cooks the raw beef (thin)... its awesome dude

  • This is vietnamese food and I'm a REAL vietnamese.

We have a professional restaurant and this is not the way to do it!!

  • so u dont cook the beef?

  • @pandaalove26 The hot broth cooks the beef - that's why you slice it so thin. =)

  • love the video and the song! Made me SOOO HUNGRY! :) Are there different kinds of Pho? I'm trying to find a place around my neighborhood but all I see in their Pho is just onions and no noodles

  • thumbs up if you clicked on this cause you thought the name is funny :P

  • its not phu its u pronounce it foe

  • Question, it doesn't look like you ever cooked the beef slices, were they raw?

  • @Zwerchhau that depends on your liking and how thin you cut your beef slices. if you like them partially pink then you can just put it in your pho and it will become partially cooked. but if you're like me and cant stand pink in food then you can set some boiling water aside and soak your beef in them for a few minutes. If your meat is really thick, i do suggest you boil them though.

  • mhh so good :))

  • great video, thanks! there are of course variations of pho with fish oil and different meats and etc. when you look at the spices, it is pretty darn close to corned beef seasoning, just add lemongrass and mint and whatever else you want!

  • you make it so easy to make...i sure will try and make it...thank you.

  • Comment removed

  • lol @ the raw beef xD

  • Pho is just ridiculously good! YES!

  • I Love You....

  • Is this enough for one or two people?

  • @hh155 A big pot of broth like the one he made should feed about 6-10 people depending on how much ingredient you put in your pho :D

  • first time i saw a man cry was when my white friend ate a bowl of saigon pho

  • PHUR.

  • MSG for the win

  • That looks great!

  • amazing video!! :)

what do u do with 2lb beef nockle bone after all the process of boiling? do u throw it away?

  • @emyybunny keep it. fried rice :-)

  • Secret ingredient....... time.

  • when he says enjoy does that mean i can come to his house and get a free meal?

  • pho the noodle from asian heaven

good thing i ate pho today or else i wont have a life!

  • i'm crazy pho youu [;~

  • great base, but a little bland. added 4 bullion cubes, a table spoon of onion powder and a table spoon of garlic powder to the broth brought it up to restaurant quality.

  • Phur? Lol if u hav another accent that's ubderstandable

  • worst pronunciation ever!

  • i make pho every day

  • I stopped watching as soon as you pronounced it as "fur".

  • As soon as I saw 1 packet of seasoning I stopped watching.

  • no raddish? no meatballs!!?

  • you dont cook the beef?

  • @squagglenater

The heat from the broth cooks the thin slices of the meat.

  • Partially freezing the beef before slicing lets you cut it thinner. Learned that from CWD and runnyrunny!

  • Pho is very good, even when I make it. Thank you so much for your recipe.

  • why the hell does this idiot keep calling it Fur

  • @thugganomicon84 why the hell don't you use a question mark?

  • @thugganomicon84 that's what they call it.

  • damn that guy is good at choppin thin slices.

  • here today, i'm going to show you how to make pher

  • 45 ppl FAIL!

  • no msg?

  • How much of each ingredient do you need to feed a family?

  • BOOOTS WITH THE PHUUUUUUUR .... APPLE BOTTOM JEANS

  • btw its not PHUR -_-

  • OK ...in PHO DISH ..( authentic one ) .. i am a VIETNAMESE ok . ...we do not put VINEGAR IN WHITE ONION , we cut it and put it aside .. when we pour the broth over the pho bowl , we put the raw white onion on top ( this is the way of SOUTH VIETNAMES PHO) . ... THIS IS NOT REAL PHO ....ok

  • @cutietho I get that but he didn't say anywhere in the vid that it was authentic. Just don't go cutting his head off because he made it differently and didn't claim that it was authentic.

  • @cutietho vietnamese arent the only ones who make pho now, its an old recipe. people has alter the recipe and made it their own.

  • @kendraxiong well in this case, Viets do know you can eat pho with vinegar, just normally they soak chopped white onions in it. As for the everyone has the recipe, even Vietnamese have their own ways of making pho. You never get the same exact flavor. Depends on the person and the type of bone. I say you're Chinese?

  • @dookiekong007 u shouldnt really assume things, Im not chinese. exactly what point were you trying to make when I basically said the same thing you said? :0

  • @kendraxiong I said "even Vietnamese have their own ways of making pho", if that isn't even different than I question your English. Moreover, I only simply asked if you're Chinese because I'm interested in how Chinese make pho. Chill dude.

  • @dookiekong007 sorry, i didnt mean to come out rude. i asked my chinese friend once and he didnt even know what pho was lol.

  • I think PHO most likely is vietnamese food.

  • @ammcute thats because it is

  • @ammcute it is

  • @ammcute It's a SE Asian dish but Viet popularize it with their Pho Houses. Same is true for rice and spring rolls. All asians eat it man.

  • I have never soak my pho in water and vinegar but it does sounds authentic and exotic.

  • @ammcute wrong! Pho..is also a lao, thai, and others that I didn't mention. We all have our own styles. In thailand..its a little sweeter..broth is darker..is called goy theow leur...also known as boat noodle soup.

  • @XSereneOoOSilenceX

Pho is Thai my ass. Stop copy things from other people.

  • @KatiushaVN4 Pho is rice noodle soup...we orientals all eat rice noodle soup..but the thai one has pork blood, liver, and all that good stuff...so..TECHNICALLY IT AINT VIETNAMESE PHO...BUT IT STILL HAS THE RICE NOODLES IN IT.

  • Comment removed

  • we never use vinegar in PHO ..this is not authentic

  • @cutietho well im vietnamese and me and my mom and grandmother use vinegar but thats our likeings maybe you dont like it but my familiy does =P

  • @cutietho In that case, do you know how to make the onions the way they do in the restaurant?

  • Soup looks very good. Consider spell-check though. :)

  • YUCK !!!,,,I can make better Pho !...you use too much onion.

  • @HistoryHmoobGuy Then you should upload your own vid and make a response rather than boasting without proof. And I personally like a lot of onion in my pho.

  • @EvilValenStrife I MIGHT JUST DO THAT !

  • @HistoryHmoobGuy Well, let me know when you do so I can watch it.

  • mine didnt have enuf flavor any tips ><

  • @ssgokuliu flavor is from letting the bones boiled for a while too.

  • @dookiekong007

didnt work or maybe its just cause i bought the oxtail from pathmark

tried making it again but i just bought pho seasoning cubes tasted better than the original

  • @ssgokuliu Well, Oxtails are the best bones if you want a quick meal and good flavor. They're so expensive. Just put in more Fish Sauce if you want more flavor. By the way, I advise you not to buy the cubes from Chinese manufacturers. Basically look only for ones that are "Made in Vietnam" or "Product of Vietnam" or no Chinese at all on the container or wrapper. Trust me. Nowadays, try to avoid Chinese products as much as possible. Sorry if I offended you in anyway, I still like Chinese.

  • my girlfriend is Chinese so...

  • It's pho not fur

  • Thanks, can't wait to try it. Don't cut off your fingers! ^_^

  • What's beef nockle bone?

  • @chuchuchuchia beef "knuckle" bone is a kind of soup bone with lots of meat still attached.

  • I eat pho every week. So damn good. Thanks for the tutorial on how to make it. Now I don't have to drive almost 20 minutes to go eat some ahah

  • this looks so good right now

  • you need to add sugar also, about 5 tbspns

  • I used these instructions and it turned out perfect.. Thanks for posting this..

  • He forgot the most important ingredient.............one lb of MSG!

  • It must be the ignorant north Americans making fun Of how pho is pronounced. Yokels.

  • @Curefortheend Stereotype much? Sheesh...not all of us from the US are ignorant...or white. He DID pronounce it differently than the Vietnamese pronunciation. It doesn't make it wrong...just different pronunciation for a different region so to some it sounds like a mispronunciation.
