I think the black lady missed the point. President Obama sued the proposed Arizona law, the immigration law. Under in the Constitution, every issues that could be dealt in the States are Not reserved to the Federal laws. So it was Constitutional for the sovereign State of Arizona to pass a law that protect the State rights, which wasn't been done under the Federal Immigration Laws. The black lady is just promoting political correctness through the use of "racism" in the country. This is wrong!
